Valentine’s Evening Gala Dinner Inspires Love and Positive Change
The AFM River of Life Community Centre in Asherville was transformed into a sea of red and white as community members gathered for a memorable Valentine’s Evening Gala Dinner on Saturday, 14 February. The beautifully decorated venue set the tone for an evening filled with love, unity, and inspiration.
The highlight of the evening was a powerful and motivating message delivered by Brian Davids from PrisonDENT. The dynamic motivational speaker shared words of encouragement, urging young people to make positive life choices and become agents of change in their communities. His message focused on personal responsibility, hope, and the power of transformation.

Framesby High School
My first experience with great discipline was at Framesby High School early in the second term after the Easter Holidays…
The theme of the day was Bullying and Self Pride is School Pride…The schools warm welcomed atmosphere made me feel so ease and the learners response after every demonstration and motivation was so amazing with in the limited time frame given…
This was a moment that calls for more visits to Framesby High, a school where absolute discipline is their business. The principal Mr Germishuys was pleased with the prisonDENT presentation.
Baviaans Academy School
In the Kouga Valley and Municipality of Patensie Town country of the Citrus Fruit there is a school called Baviaans Academy with approximately 155 learners.
PrisonDENT shares with them the dangers of Alkohol abuse and Drug Abuse particularly at a young age.
Principal Swart welcomed the session cause this was really a worrying factor on the school and found it necessary to request the prisonDENT to step in and highlighted this concern at primary school level.
The school programme was sponsored by SONOP AGRICULTURE through the organising of Tannie Elmarie and Waitrol Foundation this was possible to get the prisonDENT to address these learners about Alkohol and Drug Abuse…
Hankey Primary School
The second term after opening schools was a Safer Schools Day at Hankey Primary School where the prisonDENT presents to learners the dangers of Bullying and Peer Pressure.
The school principal Mrs Pietersen and her personnel was over the moon with the learners’ responses towards the programme.
Mr Jan Joy and old school friend of over 37 years, was my inspiration when I met him at the school…wow what a harmonious moment it was for the both of us to meet on such an occasion at the school…
